Our tour begins from your hotel or other preferred pick up point and our destination is 70 km south-west of Athens. During our coastal trip we will pass some of the most famous and wealthy south suburbs of Attika, like Glyfada, Vouliagmeni, Varkiza, Lagonisi, Palaia Fokaia and picturesque coastal towns where green of the land and deep blue of the sea get into one in a magnificent landscape. On our way will stop at Vouliagmenis Lake to enjoy the majestic geological phenomenon and take some pictures. On our trip to Cape Sounio your driver will recommend places that you can take some pictures or to do a stop wherever you prefer. A few minutes later we arrive to our destination, the Temple of Poseidon. The temple is perched above the sea, on a breathtaking panoramic view hill, at height of almost 60 meters and its hard to imagine a more perfect setting for an ancient temple, in particular one dedicated to the “God of the Sea”.
There you will have time to walk around and explore the temple, have a coffee or lunch, go for a swim at the nearby sandy beaches and witness the magical sunset over the Aegean sea.
